- The public engineering corpus is not claimed to exist at scale until sufficient opted-in/anonymized telemetry and public-repository evidence has been collected and published with methodology.
- Financial expected-loss estimates are models, not observed customer losses, unless explicitly labeled as measured outcomes.
- GitHub is the first telemetry connector; additional integrations are staged rather than implied to be live.
